Square Format - October 31st

2016-10 / Prague, Czech Republic

Halloween is a big deal where I come from; and, being the type of person I am, it's just a big deal for me. I love all things spooky and dark and especially love when spooky and dark things go on sale in the shops around October. In the Czech Republic, Halloween is almost non-existent. No kids travel around in costumes begging for candy; shops don't sell bat-themed ornaments or stuffed ravens; and there are no classic horror film marathons in the theatres. Halloween is just another excuse to party sexy with your adult friends here. So, on Halloween, we went for a walk around our part of the city and found this abandoned church (of which part was for sale). With the spooky sky, I thought it was at least suitable for the day.
